This website provides timely information and updates about programs and services provided by the Ethos Resource Center. The Center is coordinated by Dr. Mike Armour and is a sister firm to his company Strategic Leadership Development International.

As its name implies, the Ethos Resource Center concerns itself with the role of values and ethics in vibrant, healthy cultures.

And since leaders set the tone for culture, we give special attention to values and ethics in effective leadership.

Our Organization

The Ethos Resource Center is an LLC and part of a family of companies which operate under the umbrella of the Leadership Development Corporation, owned by Dr. Mike Armour and his wife Fran.

These companies, which include Strategic Leadership Development International, LifeThemes Publishing, and others, are based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, from which they serve corporate, government, and non-profit clients worldwide.

The Christian Executive Council

The Ethos Resource Center provides a platform for companies in this consortium to team with other values-oriented organizations to offer joint programs such as the Christian Executive Council.

The Council is a collaborative undertaking of C-Suite for Christ and Strategic Leadership Development International (SLDI). In this endeavor, C-Suite for Christ leads the marketing effort, SLDI develops content and programming, and the Ethos Resource Center provides administrative coordination.
